Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in managing sales orders from point of order to delivery to the customer.

Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage machinery orders from point of order to delivery, working closely with internal departments to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the order process, providing timely and accurate information to ensure a positive experience.
- Task Allocation: Work with warehouse operatives to allocate and prioritize tasks, ensuring seamless execution of operations.
- Transportation Coordination: Arrange dedicated transport for customers, including abnormal loads for larger machinery.
- Order Handover: Efficiently hand over machinery orders to the Service Team at the point of delivery.
- Team Support: Provide general support to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Critical Duty Coverage: Occasionally cover critical operational duties during absences.
- Education: GCSEs or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory management software, analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum.
- Holidays: 20 days paid holiday + bank holidays.
- Healthcare: Company healthcare scheme.
- Sick Leave: 5 paid sick days allowance per annum.
- Working Hours: 7:30 – 17:00 (45 minutes lunch) Monday to Thursday, 7:30 – 16:00 (45 minutes lunch) Friday.
