About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operational Resolution Specialist to join our team at TopCashback. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our cashback services to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve issues with cashback claims, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, merchants, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance our cashback services.
  • Provide clear and concise information to team members and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and up-to-date on key issues and resolutions.
  • Manage workloads and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements

  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach to resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes to enhance our cashback services.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to provide information to team members and stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn and apply advanced skills as required.
