Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group in the Chard region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum
  • A £1500 welcome bonus, split between £750 after 1 month service and a further £750 after 6 months
