Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager and ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents
  • Take charge of the Home in the absence of the Registered Manager
  • Administer medication in accordance with Company and Regulatory Body policies and procedures
  • Lead and motivate the care team to deliver outstanding care and support
  • Operate at all times in accordance with Company policies and procedures, with particular reference to Safeguarding, Child Protection, Whistleblowing, Complaints and Representations and Behaviour Policies
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: A minimum of Level 2 NVQ Health and Social Care (Adults)
  • Mandatory: A Full UK Driving Licence

  • A competitive salary of up to GBP30,000.00 per annum (depending on experience)
  • A GBP1500 welcome bonus, split between GBP750 after 1 month service and a further GBP750 after 6 months
