Job Title: Deputy Night Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Night Manager to join our team at Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group. As a Deputy Night Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents, while also supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the care home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support care staff in the implementation of individual care plans and daily routines.
  • Take charge of the care home in the absence of the Registered Manager, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining high standards.
  • Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate the care team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures, including Safeguarding, Child Protection, Whistleblowing, Complaints and Representations, and Behaviour Policies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of Level 2 NVQ Health and Social Care (Adults) qualification.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
  • A big heart and passion for making a difference in the lives of our residents.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £30,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A £1500 welcome bonus, split between £750 after 1 month service and a further £750 after 6 months.
