Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with autism and learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support care staff to ensure high-quality care and support for our residents.
  • Take charge of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
  • Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate the care team to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures, including Safeguarding, Child Protection, and Behaviour Policies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (Adults).
  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness.
