Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our care home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support care staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Take charge of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager
  • Support residents in implementing individual programs of life skills, key skills, and independence skills
  • Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the care team
Requirements:
  • Mandatory: A minimum of Level 2 NVQ Health and Social Care (Adults)
  • Mandatory: A Full UK Driving Licence
  • A big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents' lives
