Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with learning disabilities, autism, and other care needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support care staff in providing high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Take charge of the home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
  • Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the care team to deliver exceptional care and support.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of Level 2 NVQ Health and Social Care (Adults).
  • A Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Patience, resilience, and calmness.
