Job Title: Debtor Resolution ExpertJob Description:

The Charalle Group is seeking a highly skilled Debtor Resolution Expert to join their team. This role will involve building relationships with clients to resolve outstanding debts, processing accounting data efficiently, and ensuring a quality service for internal and external clients.

Salary:

£38,000 - £48,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build relationships with clients to resolve outstanding debts and improve cash flow.
  2. Deal with queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
  3. Regularly review and update debtors' ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  4. Provide high-quality client service and support to internal stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
