**Job Title:** Facilities Manager - Estate Operations Expert

**Salary:** £15.69 per hour (PAYE)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team in Preston. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the building environment, ensuring safe, compliant, and quality services are provided.

  • Develop effective customer relationships with internal and external customers, conducting Building User Group (BUG) meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate actions emerging from the BUG user group, liaising with relevant services as appropriate, and taking ownership of task delivery and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and coordinate services and activities delivered within a building, ensuring safe working practices are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also have knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures.
