Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical bias (FM) in Preston, England
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled engineer to join a leading facilities management company based in the UK.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform reactive work on electrical circuits, power systems, HVAC equipment, and building management systems.
- Conduct inspections and report any defects or issues.
- Maintain and repair installations such as ventilation systems, heating and cooling systems, and water assets.
Skill requirements:
- Electrical (18th edition, NVQ2&3 minimum), mechanical (NVQ2&3 minimum), or HVAC (NVQ2&3 minimum).
- Full UK driving license.
- Able to gain SC Security Clearance.
Estimated salary: £37,000 per annum, plus fully expensed van.
