About the Role

Huntingdonshire District Council is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Executive Support team as a Personal Assistant to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to support the delivery of high-quality services to our communities, residents, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Corporate Directors, including meeting organization, correspondence, and data management.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, projects, and activities, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, utilizing MS Office packages and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and colleagues.
  • Proven administrative experience, with a strong understanding of MS Office packages and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, and as part of a close-knit team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work requirements, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
