Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at Stepahead Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building a client base from scratch, generating leads through cold calling and social media channels, and account managing clients to ensure retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, social media, and CRM-lapsed clients
  • Visit clients that fit the target profile to build relationships and close business
  • Manage pricing and sample requirements for customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Self-motivated and resilient with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize as required to meet and exceed targets
