Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at Stepahead Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building a client base from scratch, generating leads through cold calling and social media channels, and account managing clients to ensure retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, social media, and CRM-lapsed clients
- Visit clients that fit the target profile to build relationships and close business
- Manage pricing and sample requirements for customers to ensure satisfaction
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Self-motivated and resilient with excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize as required to meet and exceed targets
- Uncapped commission for top performers
- 22 days' holiday + bank holidays
- Free on-site parking and staff discounts
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm – no weekends
