About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Step Ahead Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales and Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business
  • Manage pricing and sample requirements for customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Self-motivated and resilient with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
