About Lenovo

We are seeking a high-impact technology lawyer to lead the interpretation of EU AI Act requirements and regulations as they apply to Lenovo's business and products, assist the worldwide multifunction team in implementing compliance processes, and provide counsel to diverse client groups regarding the Act and legal matters relating to artificial intelligence generally.

The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in legal counseling, drafting, and negotiation in a fast-paced environment, preferably focused on AI, software, SaaS, and related technologies. Experience with legal and regulatory interpretation with respect to advanced technology is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and interpret EU AI Act requirements as they apply to Lenovo
  • Assist the global legal and compliance team in developing and implementing compliance measures
  • Provide advice and support to diverse client groups regarding EU AI Act and AI legal matters
  • Negotiate agreements with vendors, customers, and technology partners with respect to AI services, products, and technologies

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
