Regulatory Risk Management Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organisation's adherence to government regulations and internal policies. Your expertise in risk and compliance will be instrumental in providing data centre operational direction and leadership at the account level.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) information and procedures across CBRE and ensure they are reviewed periodically.
  • Undertake site audits against the CBRE master service agreement to ensure compliance with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Develop action plans to ensure consistency across client accounts and campus teams.
  • Interface with the client compliance team to ensure strong relationships and work together to achieve a common goal.


You will also be responsible for providing risk and compliance leadership to localised campus teams, advising teams on indirect employees, and influencing business outcomes for the data centre service offering.



As a subject matter expert and single point of contact for risk and compliance, you will provide metrics, analytics, and reports to support and drive risk and compliance excellence.



With a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and industry knowledge, you will be able to assess risks, solve problems, interpret data, and communicate effectively to drive business outcomes.
