The RoleThe Risk and Compliance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation adheres to government regulations and internal policies. This hybrid role involves travel to achieve key responsibilities and will require strong quantitative and technical skills, as well as the ability to assess risks, solve problems, interpret data, and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Data Centre operational direction/leadership to advance the current risk and compliance offering.
- Develop and circulate QHSE information across CBRE, ensuring procedures are reviewed periodically and amended as necessary.
- Conduct site audits against the CBRE master service agreement to ensure compliance with agreed KPIs and SLAs, developing action plans to ensure consistency across Client accounts and campus teams.
- Standardise the CBRE documentation platform to ensure document strategy aligns with client expansion and expectations.
- Develop documentation control procedures to ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards across the Account.
- Provide Risk and compliance leadership to account-localised campus teams.
- Interface with the Client Compliance team, ensuring strong relationships and working together towards a common goal.
- Ensure QHSE and contractual compliance for Data Centre operations.
- Advise teams on indirect employees, influencing business outcomes for the Data Centre service offering.
- Actively participate in Engineering Operations and DC Operations activities by attending required meetings and developing and implementing programs and procedures to support and drive Risk and Compliance excellence.
- Provide Data Centre solutions and new business transition support.
- Act as subject matter expert and single point of contact for Risk and Compliance, account direction, providing metrics, analytics, and reports.
- Consult with clients and account leadership on all aspects of Data Centre operations.
- Lead, through Account/Campus audits, the development of Risk and Compliance strategies across the Client portfolio, including client and CBRE internal audits.
Requirements
- IT literate in MS Office and systems management software.
- Able to co-ordinate and manage multiple works, end-to-end, across a diverse and complex site.
- Strong quantitative and technical skills, as well as the ability to assess risks, solve problems, interpret data, and communicate effectively.
