Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Office Ambassador to join our team at Ibis London Wembley. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality services with a warm and friendly approach.
- Assist guests with hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Review arrivals, ensure special requests are met, and service is anticipatory.
- Handle guest concerns and react promptly, logging, notifying proper areas, and ensuring utmost satisfaction in resolutions.
- Assist in growing ALL program membership.
Requirements
Your experience and skills include:
Service Focused Personality
A service-focused personality is essential for this role. You will be trained in all front-of-house related functions and the safety of the property and people.
Language Skills
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests, you will need to be fluent in English.
