Resident Care Associate

We are seeking an exceptional Resident Care Associate to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in providing person-centered care that meets the needs and preferences of each resident. You will also perform various tasks in housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and catering, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues. In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Our benefits package includes free learning and development opportunities, a profit share scheme, holiday and leisure discounts, and unlimited access to our Refer a Friend bonus scheme.
