About the Team

Our maintenance team is dedicated to ensuring our residents live in a safe and well-maintained environment. We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help us deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.

The successful candidate will have experience in property maintenance and be able to complete routine tasks, conduct checks on services, and apply basic fixes to equipment and systems. You'll also be responsible for conducting audits and maintaining accurate records.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with no two days being the same. You'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the success of our care homes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have some experience in property maintenance. You'll also need to be flexible, have great team-working skills, and be able to work independently. We're looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and has a strong attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include flexible working hours, recommend a friend bonus scheme, access to Colleague Rewards Platform, FlexiPay, and more.
