About the Job

The Bank Admin Assistant role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the healthcare sector while working in a dynamic and supportive team. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, answering phones, handling files, and engaging with residents and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to our management team
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the care home

This role requires someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and has excellent communication skills. In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus opportunities for training and development.

Job Requirements

We require an Admin Assistant who is:

  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
