Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Activities Administrator to create a stimulating environment for our residents. This role involves planning, organizing, and facilitating engaging activities that cater to their diverse needs and interests.

Responsibilities

  • Activity Planning: Design and deliver activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical well-being among residents.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with staff, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Monitor resident feedback and adapt activities accordingly to maintain a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Safety and Environment: Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or care environment, preferably with a focus on activity coordination.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents, staff, and families.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Passion for Care: A genuine passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.

Estimated Salary: £25.28 - £34.56 per hour, depending on experience.
