We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at Henry Cornish Care Centre in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their daily routines, and promoting their independence.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £12.33 per hour (Mon-Fri) and £13.33 per hour (Sat-Sun), as well as a range of benefits, including 28 days holiday, higher weekend pay, and comprehensive induction and training.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in care or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
