About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Theatre Specialist to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care as part of our Theatre team. This will involve working closely with colleagues to deliver efficient and individualised care to patients undergoing surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in the operating theatre, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families, providing clear information and support.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing needs and priorities.

Requirements

• Registration with the NMC/HCPC is essential.
• Previous experience in scrub, anaesthetics, or recovery roles is required, with a minimum of 2 specialisms.
• Flexible shift patterns are available, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• A passion for delivering excellent patient-focused service is essential.
