
Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team at the Henry Cornish Care Centre as a care support worker. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, supporting them with their daily routines and personal care needs.
The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, supporting residents with their daily activities, including assisting with personal care, meal times, and administering medication. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and external agencies.
As a care support worker, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge, receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support from our experienced staff team. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 28 days' holiday, higher weekend pay, workplace pension, free uniform, and life assurance.
