Head of New Business Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply a deep understanding of the regulatory and risk landscape to identify implications for partner business models, products, and processes.
  • Lead the new partnership development team to deliver compelling propositions to market, attracting and securing new partnership deals.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring balanced, viable partnership terms and delivery of great customer outcomes.
  • Work with the onboarding and existing partners teams to support the implementation of new partners, ensuring a seamless transition and high-quality customer outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor the new partnership development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders to remain informed of all opportunities and risks in relation to partnership activity.
  • Track and analyse partnership development initiatives to ensure business benefits are being realised.

Requirements:

  • Established network in the breakdown, automotive, and financial services industries.
  • Deep experience in a similar role in the automotive/breakdown sector.
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building at all levels.
