Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to our clients, helping them to achieve their business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze and interpret business needs, identifying trends and opportunities for HR interventions.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives, including talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business partners to deliver high-quality HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions, using metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR interventions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and HR teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge and expertise to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, with a strong focus on business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a second language an advantage.
