We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Manager to drive business growth in new and existing markets within small SMEs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth
  • Developing marketing strategies to increase sales
  • Working with the supply team to ensure volumes are met and delivered on time

Requirements:

  • A strong work ethic and self-starter mentality
  • Experience in B2B sales within utilities or oil
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work within KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales experience

Benefits:

This is a hybrid role, with time spent working from home and in the office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire at least 2 days per week.
