Job Title: Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Interaction Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and identify new sales opportunities in existing or new sectors through outbound calls, research, and other proven outreach methods.

• Sales Funnel Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of the sales funnel by qualifying leads and passing them to the sales team with appropriate context and information.

• Appointment Setting: Generate new sales appointments for the sales team to close deals.

• CRM Management: Efficiently use CRM tools to track, manage, and report on prospects, ensuring all interactions are logged and follow-up actions are assigned and completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales development or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
