This role involves managing administration for the employee life cycle, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding. Key responsibilities include drafting contracts, coordinating onboarding, ensuring accurate HR system updates, processing new joiners and leavers, monitoring mail, and responding to internal and external enquiries. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, HR Advisors, and Senior L&D Coordinator is essential to deliver administrative work efficiently.
