HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team at Crimson Hotels Group. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related tasks.
Responsibilities:- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Process employee requests and inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management, employee relations, and training programs.
- Help prepare and distribute HR reports, presentations, and communications.
- Assist with payroll administration.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- $45,000 per annum salary.
