Pertemps Bond: HR Administrator Role

Job Summary:

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating employee training and development programs, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and handling employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Record Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding new employees.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate employee training and development programs, including workshops, conferences, and online courses.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support the administration of payroll and benefits, including processing payroll, managing benefits enrollment, and resolving benefits-related issues.
  • Employee Support: Provide excellent support to employees, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and a passion for helping others, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Certifications: CIPD or working towards a certification in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
