About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and confident Customer Service Representative to join our Collections Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers to negotiate payment and resolve issues with their credit accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate customer queries and resolve issues with their credit accounts.
  • Negotiate payment agreements with customers and provide solutions to their financial difficulties.
  • Work closely with the Accounts Investigation and Credit departments to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and they feel valued.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
