Subscription Trading Manager

Salt is partnering with a leading retailer to drive growth and optimisation of their subscription service. We are seeking an experienced Subscription Trading Manager to join our eCommerce team on a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate key operational activities and manage day-to-day tasks to ensure seamless execution of the subscription program.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive subscription sign-ups and retention, integrating subscription campaigns and initiatives into the overall GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise promotion and acquisition efforts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying actionable insights to improve metrics.
  • Work closely with the product team to optimise the program on features and fixes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a subscription trading role, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and subscription business models, with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, create reports, and derive actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Commercial astuteness, with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
