About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the North region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial plans to build a broad customer base and lead new business across the North West.
  • Build brand awareness and product development through trade visits, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Drive product visibility in the market and establish a network of awareness.
  • Deliver on a channel strategy that aligns with company goals and growth.
  • Identify marketing opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, and implement sales campaigns.
  • Secure new business, maintain current relationships, and manage profit and loss in a commodity-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments and establish a network within the drinks industry.
  • Implement training programs and achieve budgeted targets.
Requirements
  • Experience working in hospitality or drinks FMCG commercial sales.
  • Proven track record in securing new business, building brand awareness, account management, and sales driving.
  • Demonstrated experience bringing in new business and a strong network within the drinks sector.
  • Passion for the drinks industry and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
  • Ambitious and driven individual with strong communication skills.
  • Natural entrepreneur with a thirst for new experiences.
