**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts across Europe and the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing relationships across the regions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Europe & UK
- Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions
- Drive market expansion and meet ambitious sales targets
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in aftermarket automotive sales, specifically in Heavy-duty Trucks, BUS and LCVs sector
- Strong language skills: Spanish, French, and/or Italian are a plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- A strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
- Team player capabilities and ambition
