Store Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a cluster of stores within the fashion sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to have a direct impact on the performance and customer experience within the stores in the area.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of store managers to drive retail sales and performance
- Make commercial decisions that benefit the stores inline with company guidance
- Recruit, induct and train a team to focus on sales and adding value to the sales process
- Commercially aware and able to understand business performance and react to areas that are under performing
- Develop and coach a team to deliver 'sales through service' on a face to face and consultative basis
- Hold performance reviews, develop individual performance and make your teams deliver exceptional results

Requirements:
- Previous experience managing multiple sites/stores within a fashion environment
- Experience in working with company P&L reports
- Identifying trends within sales and communicating findings
- Clear communication to senior leadership teams
- Strong business acumen with a strategic focus
- Experience managing company projects
