Store Operations Manager

As a Store Manager at Card Factory, you will play a key role in driving the success of our stores. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Leadership: You will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Commercial Growth: You will be responsible for making commercial decisions around stock availability, merchandising, and sales strategies to drive growth and meet business objectives.
- Team Development: You will work closely with the District and Regional Managers to identify development opportunities for colleagues, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help them grow and succeed.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: You will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Assistants, ensuring they reflect the company's values and behaviors.
- Store Performance: You will be responsible for monitoring and improving store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and excellence.
