Store Operations Manager

Artisan People Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's business, including stock management, operations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Drive sales growth and meet company objectives through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic and drive sales, including in-store events and promotions.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, meeting company standards for visual merchandising and housekeeping.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select merchandise and manage inventory levels.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a retail store, preferably in the health and beauty industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
