About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at ExtraCare. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our charity shop in Leeds, driving sales and profit growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to drive sales and profit growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store inventory, including stock receipt, storage, and disposal, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and display.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and community groups to drive business growth and community engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales and profit growth.
