About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Iceland. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting your team in maintaining a productive store environment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the management of store stock, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory levels
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a retail or store management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
