Key Responsibilities and Requirements

As a SEMH Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and implementing plans to support students with SEMH needs
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Contribution to a safe and inclusive learning environment

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Enhanced DBS disclosure or willingness to obtain one
  • Right to Work in the UK (no Visa Sponsorship available)
