Academic Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Aspire People. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with SENCO and support staff to design and implement learning schemes for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 pupils with additional learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support children with additional needs in the classroom
- Work collaboratively with SENCO and support staff to develop learning plans
- Adapt resources to cater for individual learning styles and promote independent learning
- Be a positive role model and set targets to boost confidence and self-esteem
You will need good knowledge of Special Educational Needs like Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs and behavioural disorders to support pupils effectively.
The salary for this role is estimated to be £84-£90 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.
