The annual salary for this role is approximately £54,000 - £68,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This position involves undertaking comprehensive clinical assessments of patients with diabetes, identifying their individual needs and developing targeted therapeutic interventions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading complex medicine management reviews, prescribing medication and appliances as required, and developing or reviewing clinical policies and guidelines related to diabetes care within the trust.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants must have a strong background in nursing, preferably with a specialization in diabetes care. They should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
