Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Healthcare Support worker to join our team in Lincolnshire.
This is a full and part-time opportunity that requires individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a highly motivated and positive approach to care delivery.
Main Responsibilities:- To work within Archer Ward, providing holistic person-centred care to patients.
- To assist in the management of long-term and limiting conditions, and partnership working across the health and social care community.
- To provide symptom management and psychological, social, spiritual, and practical support to patients at the end of life.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
