Special Needs Education Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Special Needs Education Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with children who require additional support in a learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one teaching assistance to children with special educational needs in the classroom
- Work collaboratively with the SENCO and support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans for pupils
- Assist in adapting resources to cater for individual learning styles and promote independent learning
As a Special Needs Education Assistant, you will be expected to be a positive role model and set targets to boost the confidence and self-esteem of students. We welcome applicants with good knowledge of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and behavioral disorders.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in SEN Teaching Assistants, Nursery Assistants, Support Workers, Healthcare Workers, Sports Coaches, Youth Workers, Behaviour Mentors, Learning Support Assistants, and Psychology Graduates. A salary of £84-90 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications, is offered for this full-time role.
