About the Role

We are looking for a skilled SEND Teaching and Learning Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our educational support staff, you will play a vital role in helping children with special educational needs reach their full potential.

Main Duties:
  1. Support teachers in designing and implementing effective learning schemes for EYFS, KS1, and KS2 pupils with additional learning needs
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the learning styles and requirements of each pupil, ensuring tailored support
  3. Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with the SENCO and other support staff to ensure that every child receives the care and education they deserve. A salary of £84-90 per day, commensurate with your experience and qualifications, is available for this 8:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday position.
