Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to support students in a class-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of literacy, be adaptable, and willing to be involved in all aspects of school life.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist students, including those with SEN, to maximise access to the curriculum.
  • To work under the direction of the teacher using teaching aids and other methods of support.
  • To help support and promote the Academy behaviour policy.

Requirements
  • Good standard of literacy.
  • Adaptable and willing to be involved in all aspects of school life.
  • Calm manner and ability to work as part of a team.
