Education Assistant - Behaviour Focus

We are looking for dedicated Education Assistants who can work collaboratively with secondary schools and academies to provide Behaviour Support services. As an Education Assistant - Behaviour Focus, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies that promote inclusivity, confidence, and academic success among pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality education to students, focusing on behaviour support and pupil progression.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and respectful learning environment, adhering to school policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of individualised plans to support pupil progress.

Requirements:

  • A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure or willingness to obtain one through us.

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
