Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. The successful candidate will be working in mainstream schools across the Louth area, Lincolnshire.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality support to the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities
  2. Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
  3. Support students on an individual or group basis, addressing their specific learning needs
  4. Assist in preparing learning materials and resources for classes
  5. Enhance children's social and emotional development through targeted interventions
  6. Foster effective communication with students, teachers, and parents as required

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent)
  • Substantial experience in a classroom setting, preferably in a mainstream school
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective classroom management strategies
  • Possess good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and pupils
  • Broaden your professional development by acquiring specialized knowledge in SEN (Special Educational Needs), although this is not mandatory
  • Cultivate first aid training as an added value skill

Compensation: We offer competitive salaries ranging from £20,000 to £28,000 annually, contingent upon experience.
